Seit über 30 Jahren begleite ich Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Erfolg im Vertrieb. Dabei habe ich eines immer wieder erlebt: Die größte Herausforderung liegt selten im Produkt oder in der Verkaufsstrategie – sondern im Menschen selbst.
Viele wissen, wohin sie möchten, finden aber den Weg nicht. Zweifel, Unsicherheit oder die Angst vor Ablehnung lassen sie im Hafen bleiben, obwohl sie längst bereit wären, in See zu stechen.
Vielleicht ist das einer der Gründe, warum mich die Welt des Meeres schon immer begleitet. Als Norddeutscher weiß ich: Kein Schiff erreicht seinen Hafen zufällig. Es braucht einen klaren Kurs, Orientierung und manchmal jemanden, der die Gewässer besser kennt.
Genau darin sehe ich meine Rolle.
Ich bin nicht der Kapitän deines Unternehmens. Ich bin dein Lotse.
Ein Lotse übernimmt nicht das Steuer. Er kommt an Bord, bringt seine Erfahrung ein und kennt die Strömungen, Engstellen und Fahrwasser, die andere erst mühsam kennenlernen müssen. Der Kapitän entscheidet jederzeit selbst über das Ziel – doch der Lotse hilft ihm, sicher und effizient dort anzukommen.
So arbeite ich auch mit meinen Klienten.

Meine Arbeit beginnt nicht bei Verkaufstechniken. Sie beginnt dort, wo viele Herausforderungen ihren Ursprung haben: bei Selbstvertrauen, Klarheit, Kommunikation und der Fähigkeit, Menschen authentisch zu begegnen. Erst wenn diese Grundlage geschaffen ist, entwickeln wir gemeinsam Strategien, mit denen Kundengewinnung leicht, ehrlich und erfolgreich wird.
Über drei Jahrzehnte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Coaching und Mentoring haben mir gezeigt, dass nachhaltiger Verkaufserfolg kein Zufall ist. Er entsteht durch Orientierung, konsequente Kurskorrekturen und die Bereitschaft, den eigenen Weg immer wieder bewusst auszurichten.
Dabei verlasse ich mich nicht auf Vermutungen, sondern auf messbare Ergebnisse. Wie ein Kapitän sein Logbuch führt, dokumentieren wir Fortschritte, Gespräche, Abschlussquoten und Entwicklungen. Erfolg wird sichtbar, nachvollziehbar und reproduzierbar.
Denn am Ende zählt nicht, wie viele Seemeilen man gefahren ist.
Entscheidend ist, ob man seinen Hafen erreicht.
Mein Leitsatz:
„Du nennst den Hafen. Ich kenne den Kurs.“
Denn dein Ziel gehört dir. Der Weg dorthin ist meine Leidenschaft.
